How we work
Safety compliance audit
In order to assess the needs for compliance , Chase Consulting needs to do a full compliance audit.
The audit would usually take up to one (1) day to complete and a full report will be submitted within 7 days.
System planningRecommendations will be included in the compliance report and a plan of action would be drawn up in conjunction with the employer (client)
Consultancy phase
The consultant would over a period of time (agreed by both parties) visit the employer's premises and provide documentation, training etc. at a consulting fee.
Retainer agreement
Chase Consulting will do periodic visits to the client and perform inspections and audits in order to keep the continuity of the implemented system.
Chase consultants will also be on 24 hour standby for any enquiries or investigations that might be required by the client.
